We thought it would take much longer to see them but it seems that the series Falcon and the Winter Soldier It will not be hard to come by as much as some (more pessimistic) imagined. That is at least what we can deduce from the latest statements made by one of the actresses in the project, as well as from the fact that the Funky Official series are already in circulation. The premiere, getting closer
Although now everyone talks about the original Scarlet Witch and Vision -remember that it will be released in the middle of next January, already in 2021-, the original plan was that before Wandavision came to the catalog, the superheroes Falcon and Winter Soldier They did the same, opening the way for the UCM series on the platform. The idea was to launch at the end of summer, however, a pandemic World Cup crossed our path and the rest... well, the rest is history for the books. The slowdown in the industry became palpable around the globe and Falcon and the Winter Soldier went into the fridge waiting for a better time to finish filming and plan a new coming-out.
We now know that this could happen sooner even than we thought. Despite the fact that we have been without any clues for some time (which was not exactly a good omen for many), an actress in the cast has assured that the project is going quite firmly, possibly in its editing stage and with a view to a premiere at the beginning of the year. The person in charge of revealing such information to us has been none other than Emily VanCamp, who has released the information in an interview granted through Instagram to PJ Stock:
Falcon and the winter soldier. I don't think they have a release date, because we had to go back and finish [filming] after the lockdown… They've already finished filming, so they're probably almost done editing at this point. Hopefully, at the beginning of the year. And "The Resident" will also start in January, so there could be a lot of me... in January.

The new Funkos from the Disney+ series
There is another clue that only reinforces VanCamp's words: the Funkos. It turns out that the company has already announced three new figures inspired by the Marvelian television series, which can already be reserved in the US -in Spain as always, we will have to wait a bit.
The proposals have as protagonists Sam Wilson aka Falcon -on these lines-, to Bucky Barnes, or better known as Winter SoldierAs Baron Zemo, who we already knew would act as an evil character in the plot and that in this figure he appears dressed in a purple mask.
