Well, there is good news, it is coming to Europe.
IMDb TV comes to Europe: movies for advertising
The company is celebrating, since, after a period of service in the United States, IMDb has announced that its content catalog will triple to offer blockbusters such as Captain Fantastic y La La Land as upcoming additions, thus adding to other content such as Fringe, Drive, Dancing with Wolves, The Bachelor, Monster and many more.
Previously known as IMDb Freedive, IMDb TV is basically the free Prive Video, since IMDb belongs to Amazon and the content offered is available on the giant's paid service (including if you have an Amazon Prime subscription), so everything stay at home
Where can you watch IMDb TV?
This streaming channel will arrive integrated into the service's own website, accompanying the millions of data and references that are included, although you can also enjoy the channel through the application of Prime Video from Amazon, a service that will allow you to enjoy all these free movies from your TV, a Fire TV or any type of device. IMDb TV will be present within the "Your Apps and Channels" section, so it will be quite easy to find the new library, although you can always call Alexa and ask her to put the channel with the command "Alexa, go to IMDb TV" .
If it's free, will there be a lot of advertising?
The company clarifies that the service is absolutely free, and there will be no type of payment method available in any of the options. The income system is based on advertising, although they ensure that half the ads that we can find on traditional television channels will appear.
