Two years ago we said goodbye to the first season of Mindhunter en Netflix and surely you also left wanting more. Well, a new dose of this great series about the beginnings of the Forensic psychology It's ready to hit our screen and we couldn't have wanted it more.

Mindhunter It was certainly revealing. The series arrived quietly on Netflix in 2017 and little by little word of mouth got more and more people hooked on the story. It is not an easy plot. This proposal of David Fincher (The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, The social network) deals with the beginnings of forensic psychology in the United States, showing us the difficulties faced by the first people who believed that there was room for a discipline that tried to understand criminals, to study how their minds work.
Despite this and a development that is rather slow, we move to the 70s to meet two FBI agents who decide to meet with various US serial killers to create a psychological profile that is capable of defining them and even predicting certain future behaviors. All cases are based on true events, so that we see how the protagonists begin to investigate further into the lives of known murderers such as Edmund Kemper -fantastic actor Cameron Britton in the role, possibly one of the most charismatic and attractive of the cast-, Monte Rissell or Jerry Brudos, among others.

The series closed with good reviews and the confirmation of a second season that is now coming to the Netflix catalog. As you can see in the video that you have a little below, the official preview of the delivery, the two agents together with Debbie Mitford continue with their project to build criminal profiles based on psychology, with the increasingly important support of institutions, especially the FBI itself, which in the early years was suspicious of this practice. Meanwhile, they will have to investigate (and put their knowledge into practice) the famous Atlanta child murders of the late 70s that shocked the entire country.
We also have a stellar appearance in this second season: that of the character from Charles Manson, played by Damon Herriman. It is the curious case that Herriman also plays Manson in another current fiction: Quentin Tarantino's latest film, Once upon a time in Hollywood.
