The quality of CGI and the special effects are not the same in all Marvel Studios productions. And it should not be for money, because we have heard that Disney has a lot of that. There have been many superhero movies and series that have been delayed in recent years. And the explanation is, of course, in the pandemic. That is to say, She-Hulk may not look good due to a lack of time, and not so much because she has dedicated little budget to the project.
