Netflix in Movistar: prices and rates
Netflix and Movistar have closed an agreement that today is finally paying off. The operator has made public all the available rates that can be combined with Netflix, which, by the way, will always be offered in two quality versions:
- HD (the Standard plan that we know from the content platform) which is associated with the name X2:
- UHD 4K (the so-called Premium plan of the streaming service) represented by the name of X4 in this new combination of plans.
There is therefore no version without HD as you can hire independently in the current Netflix offer.

Netflix in Movistar is only available for users of Movistar Fusion. Within this great family, only those who are clients of Fusion Selection, Total, Total Plus and Total Plus 4 lines will be able to access the new combined plan with Netflix.

Special promotions and aspects to take into account
In addition to the promotions specifically indicated in the Fusion Total Plus X2 and Fusion Total Plus X4 packages, current Movistar customers will have access to Netflix during 3 months totally free.
If you are already a Netflix user, what you will have to do is migrate your account to Movistar, to "merge" all your data and thus adapt your combined rate with the operator's new plans.
In case of contracting any of the X4 plans (that is, Netflix Premium quality), you should know that you will need the new deco 4K from the house If this is not the case, you must order the self-installable UHD/4K decoder to Movistar (its price is 20 euros, but it is installed free of charge for new customers with a Fusion Selection offer or higher).
