At 1080p if you want Ultra quality you have to know that you will need that same RTX 2080 Ti to reach 0 fps and a Radeon RX 5700 for 60p.
Whatever it is, it is true that if you play on large screens and 4K resolution, being able to achieve such a level of detail and fluidity sounds very interesting. But on a day-to-day basis, not the majority of players have such powerful PCs, nor are they going to update them. Without forgetting that on PC it is more common to find screens with a higher refresh rate and 1080p resolution.
