Nintendo's final surprise for the Nintendo Direct of today was related to nothing less than The Legend of Zelda. In a very mysterious cinematic, Link and Zelda seem to be exploring the catacombs of Hyrule Castle, when at the least expected moment, the corpse of what appears to be one of Ganon's forms comes to life.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2
Although no name confirmed (they describe it simply as “the sequel to The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild”), today's announcement has served, in addition to making many fans nervous and tachycardic, to close the conference in true Nintendo style: with a bang.
At the moment we know very little about it, since the announcement has been limited to showing the fast cinematic and confirming that it is a sequel. Something that we can see is that the castle seems to bloom in the background of the image, so we could expect some kind of change on the map. A catastrophic Hyrule? A visit to a new world?

In addition to doubts about the plot, the video makes us think about who will be the main character of the new installment, since the presence of Zelda could tell us that this time it will be she who could prepare to face the dangers and go in search of Link. Will we succeed with this orientation?
When will the new Zelda be out for Switch?
There is no type of date announced. We do not know if it will arrive in 2020, 2021 or 2022. There is no information of any kind, but taking into account that they have announced that they are currently working on its development, it is normal that we have to wait a long time until we hear new news about this new Zelda.
