In a few days we will finally have more information about one of the most anticipated games of this generation (and the one that will probably close the current stage to make way for the next consoles). We talk about The Last of Us: Part 2, The incredible naughty dog game which in the coming days will officially reveal new details through the PlayStation State of Play event.
The Last of Us II, when will it go on sale?
Maybe before you know when you can buy The Last of Us: II You are interested in knowing what the story is about, how it unfolds and what characters we can handle during the game. All those questions could have a solution the next July 24, since Sony has scheduled the celebration of its State of Play event confirming the presence of The Last of Us as a star title among those shown.
Geoff Keighley has further confirmed that the game will have its own dedicated press presentation, where a new trailer is expected to be shown, a video that is possibly the same as the one shown at the game managers conference. GameStop (where the details of Aladdin and The Lion King were leaked).

According to what we know today, The Last of Us II It will take place 5 years after the events of the first installment, with an adult Ellie and a Joel already in his 50s, although unfortunately we don't know much more about it. Considering that the game was first revealed in 2016, and that we've only seen two more trailers since then, the conference on September 24 is unsettling to say the least.

Will it arrive in February?
In the last hours some information is going around the internet. According to a Swiss distributor, the game will go on sale on February 20, 2020, however, the information could simply be an on-air calculation, and nothing based on official information.
This same distributor posted the limited version of The Last of Us: Part II on its website a few months ago, again citing February 20 as the release date, so everything indicates that we will have to keep waiting to find out the final date. Knowing that Sony usually launches its big exclusives on a Friday close to that, we could well be talking about the correct date, however, it will be better to be cautious and keep an eye out for next Tuesday. Then do not come with that we did not warn you.
