If your thing is to go for a shot done, it will be better that you follow the following steps, since you will save a lot of time. Of course, you must take into account that you will have to complete hundreds of fights to reach 100% of the characters.
- The first thing you have to do when starting the game is enter smash mode and create a Versus game for two players with a time ruler 10 minute limit. It doesn't matter who wins or how (you can even leave the controls untouched), just complete the ten minute match and you're good to go. This will be the longest game of the process, but it will be worth it.
- When the match is timed out, a message that a new fighter has appeared. It will be Ness, the first of the many fighters that will complete the list of characters. With Ness you will have to fight, it will be an easy game, but you will have to defeat him to get it. Once you get it, you will return to the game menu and that is when you have to close the app from the Switch main menu (press Home and then X).
- In this way we will be able to reset the time of 10 minutes that the game requires for a new fighter to appear on the scene. Thanks to this time reset, we can create a new versus game for two players, but this time with the one life rule in combat.
- When playing with two controllers (2-player combat), you will only have to push a character to the bottom of the stage to immediately lose the combat and receive the message “A new enemy has appeared” again.
- This is where the continuous loop of obtaining characters begins, as you will have to defeat it, obtain it, close the application and start over again with a combat with a limit of 1 life.
