A few days ago the news came to light that a new spin off de Game of Thrones starring Jon Snow would be in the final stages of development. And it is that since that disastrous end that left millions of followers totally devastated (in a bad way) with the eighth season, they are trying to attract the masses to the franchise based on derivative products. Since this already announced about Jon Snow, the expected adaptation of house of the dragon (which opens next August 2022), and countless more projects that have not yet been officially announced.
Game of Thrones expands
This new series would narrate the adventures of Jon Snow after he is forced back to the Wall as a sentence for murdering Daenerys at the end of season eight. The main complaint from fans about this new spin off is that the starting premise is very similar to what we saw during the first seven seasons of Game of Thrones, when his main task was to protect Winterfell from the White Walkers through that wall of ice. Of course, at least it will be Kit Harington who will play our favorite television bastard again.
Well, since we don't quite agree with the choice of Jon Snow, we have decided to present our alternative list with 3 characters that would be perfect to have their own series on HBO Max. Without further ado, let's get started.
Tyrion Lannister
The story of this character is one of the most tragic in the entire series. Responsible for the death of his mother at birth and disowned by his father and brothers, a fiction that will narrate the youth of this Dear character, as well as everything he had to suffer until he got to where we see him at the beginning of Game of Thrones it wouldn't be bad. Another option we are considering for Tyrion could be a sequel-series the main one that focuses on Tyrion trying to protect the new king, Bran Stark, from possible threats that may arise. Do you see?
Arya Stark
At the end of Game of Thrones Arya sets sail for the Unexplored Lands to live adventures. To this day, it seems incredible to us that something similar has not been confirmed, since it could be a mixture of the Game of Thrones original with small pieces of The Mandalorian o Indiana Jones scattered across the middle, with Arya exploring new lands and helping the people she finds there, even acting as a treasure hunter. If the series writes itself!
Ned Stark
Last but not least, we believe that a series starring Ned Stark would be a very good way to give more consistency to the brief biography of one of the characters most loved by fans, and who had less time in front of the screen. A hypothetical story to deal with could be the one in which Ned is entrusted with Jon's care, an event that, although fleetingly dealt with in the main series, would be very interesting to see expanded into one or more entire seasons.
And the red queen?
